We begin working on your beautiful item after your order is placed. Since our products are made-to-order and designed just for you, in most cases, no cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. You may return your item within 2 weeks of delivery if they are:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged
  • Defective

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact hello@winestyleshop.com immediately. DO NOT ship anything back to us without contacting us first. 

Please note that returns for home & living products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are not offered.
